Q: What is the purpose of the initial call, and how long does it take?
A: The call is for the designer to get an understanding of what you’re looking for in a website. We ask questions like:

• What are the objectives for the website?
• What is the target audience?
• What are your Colour and Design preferences, etc?

Q: How long does the whole process take?
A : The entire process from start to finish normally takes anywhere from two to four weeks depending on the type of site we are building. As we have become very adept and efficient at this process, we usually have most of the required information after the interview, so as to cut down on development time.

Q: Do you actually have and honor a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee?
A : YES! We will make every effort to produce a custom website design that takes your breath away, however, we do realize that we cannot please everyone (although we do please most). If you’re not totally satisfied with the design mockup, we will do whatever it takes to make it right, or we will happily refund your entire purchase price. No gimmicks and no questions asked.

Q: Is there any long term contract?
A: No, there’s no contract.

Q: What if I no longer want my website?
A: You can cancel at any time, simply by giving us 30 days written notice. At the end of the 30 days, your monthly billings cease and your Website is no longer available online.

Q: What happens if I start with a basic site package, but need to upgrade to a bigger site?
A : No problem! Upgrading your site package is hassle free. We would require about 15 minutes to get an understanding of your new requirements, and then modify the site accordingly.

Q: What if I want an entire re-design when I am upgrading my site?
A: You tell us what you need, and we will accommodate your request.

Q: Are there real people available to speak with when I call?
A: Yes! We are available to you via phone if needed. At times we do get extremely busy and you may have to leave a message, but we return all calls within 1 hour. If you have a project under way, you are also provided to mobile number of your project manager so that you can contact them at any time.

Q: How is ongoing site maintenance and support handled? What if I want to change information on a page, add a new page, or tweak the overall design?
